We want you to be 100% happy with your tea, so if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on tea packs that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the unopened tea products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse and drop it off at your nearest postal service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
