What makes teapigs 'real tea'?
We use whole leaf tea, whole berries, and whole herbs. Unlike the 'dust' found in regular paper tea bags, our whole leaves maintain their flavor and health benefits, providing a much higher quality brew.
Are your tea temples plastic-free?
Yes! Our signature tea temples are made from cornstarch and are fully industrially compostable. Even the clear inner bag is made from NatureFlex, a material derived from wood pulp, making our packaging 100% plastic-free.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout if you need your tea fix sooner. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international delivery?
We certainly do! We ship to tea lovers all over the world. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated automatically at the checkout stage.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your tea. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 days. Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns on unopened items in their original packaging.
Are your teas organic or fair trade?
We are a certified B Corp and prioritize ethical sourcing. While not all our teas are certified organic, we work closely with the Rainforest Alliance and our own ethical scheme to ensure fair wages and sustainable farming practices.
